All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our booking system. Please include your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation.
If you do not show up for your booking without prior notice, it will be considered a “no-show” and no refund will be issued. No-shows may also impact subsequent services in multi-day packages.
Hotel, camp, transport, and other third-party service providers may have their own cancellation policies, which can affect the overall refund amount.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. This provides extra protection against unforeseen events.
For date changes, name corrections, or other modifications, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control), Sahara Serenity Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings. We will work closely with you to offer suitable alternatives or refunds where possible.
