We are a completely certified and dependable tour operator specializing in day trips from Marrakech and Morocco Desert tours, travel services, and custom vacations in Morocco.

Reservations & Registration:

When you book a tour with us, you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of yourself and all other people who will be utilizing our services as a result of your booking. You concur:

Children’s Reservations:

We provide special discounts for all children’s reservations, which vary depending on the age of the child sharing the room with the family, and we also provide a 50% discount for children under the age of ten.

Booking Procedures and Payments:

The details of the itinerary will be provided for you once you have agreed to the quoted program and invoice, and your reservation will be finalized once we receive the initial 50% deposit of your invoice. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfer are all accepted methods of payment.

The remaining amount must be paid in cash (Dirhams, Euros, or Pounds) on the day of your trip, according to the daily rates.

Changes to Your Reservation:

You may change your reservation date as long as you notify us as early as possible and verify your written request. We will make an effort to accommodate your booking at no additional cost, but we cannot ensure it. If changes are not available to be made to your booking for whatever reasons, you have the choice to make your previously planned itinerary on time, or cancel and pay the cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your trip, please let us know as soon as possible in writing. The cancellation fee is calculated based on the number of days you gave us written notice of your cancellation before the start of your trip. If you decide to cancel:

-We will return your first deposit if you cancel more than 21 days in advance (100 percent )
-Between 11 and 20 days before travel, we will return 50% of your payment.
-10 days or less before departure: There will be no refunds.

Emergency:

In the case of emergencies, such as natural disasters, terrorism, violence, war, fires, or extreme weather, we reserve the right to cancel your trip and refund all your money. We do not offer any additional remuneration.

Special Requests:

If you have any particular requirements for your reservation (dietary, medical, wheelchair help, or other), you must notify us in writing before making your reservation. We will notify you in writing before booking your tour if there are any unique criteria that we are unable to satisfy. Please let us know if you have any special requests when making your reservation (hotel locations, bed arrangements, etc.) and we will do all we can to accommodate them. If we are still unable to meet such standards, we will not be compensated.

Insurance:

We do not offer any type of insurance. You are solely responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance. However, it is strongly advised that you get enough travel insurance in case of cancellation, illness, luggage loss, delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Our Responsibility:

If any component of your package tour does not match what is indicated in your reservation, we accept responsibility. We will compensate you fairly (limited to the maximum amount paid to us for that portion of the travel arrangements). Please keep in mind that we are not liable for any personal harm, illness, injury, death, or loss that may occur during your vacation.

Travel Documents:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all of the necessary travel documentation. Please double-check your travel documents and notify us immediately if any names, dates, or times are incorrect. Before entering the nation, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months. You should print and save the travel documents that the website has issued to you. therefore the tour participant must confirm that all essential travel papers are valid before the departure date of their trip.

Privacy & Confidentiality:

We understand your worries and interest in the protection of your personal information. As a result, we’re in charge of safeguarding your booking information, and we’ll utilize it to make bookings with hotels and other third-party suppliers to make your journey safe and pleasurable, we will share your travel-specific requirements with a partner company.
