By booking with Sahara Serenity Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Confirmation and Payment

  • All bookings made through Sahara Serenity Tours are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A deposit, as specified during the booking process, is required to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment must be received by the due date indicated before the start of your tour or service.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or our booking platform.
  • Cancellation charges apply based on the time remaining until the travel date (refer to our Cancellation Policy).
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the policy in effect at the time of booking.

3. Changes and Amendments

  • Requests for changes or amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to availability.
  • Additional fees may apply for any modifications made after confirmation.

4. Travel Documents and Insurance

  • It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure they have all valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) required for entry into Morocco and any other destinations.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, delays, and other risks.

5. Responsibility and Liability

  • Sahara Serenity Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, desert camps, transportation, guides, etc.).
  • We shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by these third-party providers.
  • Clients must comply with the terms and conditions of all service providers involved in their itinerary.

6. Health and Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and medically fit for the activities included in their tour (especially desert trips, camel treks, and hiking).
  • Sahara Serenity Tours is not liable for any health issues, medical emergencies, or injuries that occur during the trip.

7. Force Majeure

  • Sahara Serenity Tours shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.

8. Complaints and Claims

  • Any complaints should be reported immediately to your guide or our team during the trip so we can attempt to resolve them on the spot.
  • Post-tour claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the tour’s completion.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By making a booking with Sahara Serenity Tours, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
