ABOUT OUZOUD WATERFALLS DAYS TRIP

Ouzoud waterfalls day trip

Travel to the Ouzoud Waterfalls in the Middle Atlas Assembly and pass the olive trees and Berber region north of Marrakech’s plain. In this Ouzoud waterfalls day trip adventure, take in the scenery of North Africa’s longest waterfall.

The 360-foot (110-meter) high waterfalls are located in the Atlas Mountains, 93 miles (150 kilometers) northeast of Marrakech, near the settlement of Tanaghmeilt.

The trek up to the falls is beautiful, with thousands of olive trees along the path. You’ll be able to circle the waterfalls at the top and enjoy this cool circuit while looking for monkeys high up in the trees.

The bravest travelers can swim in the valley’s pools on the hottest days. The water is crystal clear yet very cold.
