What does the desert camp look like?

The camp is a collection of Berber tents situated in the heart of the dunes, and the sort of lodging you like (low-cost, standard, or luxury) will be determined by your preferences. Each pair will have a tent with a bed and blankets. The rustic but hygienic toilet and shower are housed in an outbuilding. There is a fire in the center of the camp where we spend the evenings, sing, and perform music.

Do i need Travel Insurance ?

Travel insurance is necessary for your trip to Morocco and must be purchased and brought with you as a copy of the document, since the travel insurance must cover trip cancellation and interruption in the event of an accident or other emergency circumstances.

Do you offer airport transfers ?

We do provide airport transfer to and from the hotel for those who want to save a little money. A driver will greet you at the airport with a placard with your name and transport you to your desired location. Except for the transfer, this driver will not be accessible for any other services during the day. Depending on the season, airport transfers might cost anywhere from 0 EUR to 20 EUR.

I have a medical problem. Is it necessary for you to be aware of it?

How do i book a tour ?

We require a 50% payment to guarantee your booking once you have confirmed one of our circuits. The deposit will be paid via PayPal, and the rest of the cost will be made in cash during the trip. Our prices are given in Euros. You can also pay in US dollars or Moroccan dirhams. if you wish to settle the balance payment via PayPal or Credit Card, which will be charged an additional 5% to cover our handling costs. We also encourage families to travel with us and offer a 50% discount for children 12 years of age and younger.

If you prefer luxury lodgings or if other changes have been agreed upon in advance, the trip fee will be modified.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If you must cancel your travel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation charge is determined by the number of days you give us written notice of your cancellation before your trip’s start date. If you decide to cancel, follow these steps:

-If you cancel more than 21 days in advance, we will refund your initial deposit (100 percent )
-Between 11 and 20 days before departure, we will refund 50% of your money.
There will be no refunds if you cancel 10 days or fewer before your departure date
